This large parcel is listed in two parts totaling 840 acres. This unit represents the 395 acres that lies to the East side of the total Parcel. The area has burned off in 2004. The area was reseeded and has a great ground cover of grasses and shrubs. There are dead trees still standing from the fire. The East parcel has the East Fork of Current Creek running through it. This is a seasonal stream. The area slopes to the South with open views of the Southern Mountains and all the surrounding mountains. There are may sites for a residence or lodge. It has access through the BLM to the National Forest. Would make a great hunting location with potential for a Conservation Easement.
